Treasurer

Annie Tan, Project Administrator, Cooper Robertson & Partners

Annie Tan served as your chapter Vice President and Membership Chair for the past two years. She would like to remain on the Board of Directors as Treasurer. In 1997, Annie graduated from Pratt Institute with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Although she started as a model maker at the firm, she is now with Cooper Robertson & Partners as Project Administrator. Annie joined SDA in 2003 and she has served on the BoD as Recording Secretary, Treasurer and Vice President, as well as chairing the Awards and Holiday Party Committees. She is an active member of Programs Committee, where she arranges our SDA/AIA joint venture programs at the Center for Architecture. She is the original recipient of the Jennifer M. Greene Scholarship to attend the national EdSymposium and has participated in several national conferences since then. Annie has taken on more responsibilities with the NY Canstruction as Treasurer of the Board of Directors and is Chair of the upcoming Canstruction New York.

Outside of the industry, Annie’s passion is Women in Canoe, a non-profit organization established as a dragon boat club to empower female athletes by giving opportunities to develop and improve paddling skills, and compete at an international level.
