Over the past five years, she has built and led Savoy’s PEO Center of Excellence, guiding brokers through complex PEO evaluations, from discovery and underwriting through side-by-side analysis, demos, and implementation. She develops broker education, including CE courses and white papers, and maintains strong relationships across a national network of PEO partners. Known for her disciplined “30/30/30” process and deep understanding of underwriting rules, Cassandra helps brokers and clients navigate risk, carrier negotiations, and compliance with clarity and speed.
