An Employee Tests Positive for COVID:  Now What Do You Do?

Your company is back in the office – at least partially.  BUT now one of the employees working in the office tests positive for COVID.  What do you do?  How do you keep your employees safe?

Peggy McGrath of Perkins Eastman has been handling this situation in several of her offices across the country and has developed a template for investigating and communicating their firm’s response.  Join us to hear her experience and offer insights to how your firm responds to the problems COVID is causing as we attempt to return to the office.

Peggy joined SDA in 2012. She held the position of President in 2014 and 2015, and has served as Past President/Director since 2017. Peggy received our 2018 Star Award. As Director of Operations for Perkins Eastman, a firm of almost 1,000 employees in the U.S. Peggy oversees the operations for the New York City Office and various other offices globally. Peggy has been part of the team responsible for managing the re-entry plans for several Perkins Eastman offices that have now reopened, as well as developing the firm’s plans for handling active coronavirus infections
