In our current society we’re surrounded by different viewpoints and diets. Keto, Paleo, intermittent fasting, Atkins, and many more. Diet by definition is temporary, and temporary actions yield temporary results.
That’s why I want to give you some ideas and tips around:
  • How to make small permanent changes to find the right way of eating in order to achieve your goals permanently not temporarily.
  • How to utilize mindfulness and portion control in order to continue to enjoy eating the foods you love without guilt and still consistently moving forward in your progress.
  • Discuss some of the essential nutrients our bodies need in order to thrive in all areas.
There is no one size fits all approach and I’ll be giving you tips on how to figure out what’s right for you, your body, your mind, and your health.
