" JUST Certification – A Powerful Part of a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Program"
with Leslie Maynard, HR/Office Manager, YGH Architecture

Most of our companies have instituted a DEI program indicating their intent to create a more inclusive company. JUST is a program for companies to provide transparency in their operations. It can be a powerful adjunct to your DEI program, as well as an effective recruitment tool. The JUST label measures social equity indicates in six categories:

  • Diversity and inclusion
  • Equity
  • Employee health
  • Employee benefit
  • Stewardship
  • Purchasing

Leslie Maynard of YGH Architecture has shepherded her firm through this process. Her presentation to SDA National is a video, but Leslie will be joining us to provide updates on the JUST program. She is a knowledgeable presenter, and you will come away with a practical understanding of the value of the JUST program.
