"Best Practices from a CEO’s Perspective: The Revenue Cycle" with Margaret O’Neill, Director of Finance and Human Resources, Spacesmith LLP Architecture, Planning and Interior Design
Margaret will discuss the revenue cycle; from timesheets and Work in Progress (WIP) to accounts receivable to cash collection, with a focus that she has developed as best practices. She will also review how all this affects the financial statements. Her expectation is for this to be an interactive discussion, to encourage feedback and highlight even better practices across our firms.
