Ross offers over 40 years of employee benefits brokerage experience, and prides himself on educating employers and employees on how to manage and maximize their benefits so they can feel supported and have peace of mind. Ross began his career with Mass Mutual and later earned the Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation. He has been an active member of SDA for over 30 years, as well as the AIA, Business Network International (BNI), and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Ross frequently speaks to members of the business community about insurance industry trends and issues. |
| Cassandra Novak, Business Development Specialist for PEO, Savoy Associates
With 25 years of experience in the benefits and PEO space, Cassandra Novak is a business development specialist for PEO at Savoy Associates, now part of RPS. Over the past five years, she has built and led Savoy’s PEO Center of Excellence, guiding brokers through complex PEO evaluations, from discovery and underwriting through side-by-side analysis, demos, and implementation. She develops broker education, including CE courses and white papers, and maintains strong relationships across a national network of PEO partners. Known for her disciplined “30/30/30” process and deep understanding of underwriting rules, Cassandra helps brokers and clients navigate risk, carrier negotiations, and compliance with clarity and speed. She is an active leader in the benefits community. Based in New Jersey, she brings both strategic rigor and practical, hands-on support to every case. |
